Demo

Checkout mode comes from swag/config.js (window.VPG_SWAG.mode). Set mode to stripe + keys in config.js / server env later. No Stripe secrets in this UI.

Uploads go to swag/images/uploads/ on DreamHost preview via admin/upload.php (password gate). Max ~5MB · jpeg/png/webp. Preview: preview.vpgair.org/swag/admin/.

Paths relative to /swag/. After a successful upload this field is filled automatically.

Direct shipping (demo): pickup at fly-in = $0; ship = $6 first shirt + $2 each additional. Printify shipping is handled by Printify (edit those products on Printify, not here).

Active (show on public store)

Demo orders

Newest first from localStorage key vpg-swag-demo-orders (capped ~20). Test purchases only — not real payments.

Printify / Stripe hooks (later)

Shop VPG SWAG id 19620087. Public store shows VPG-only curated rows (Wing MX / Union Pride / Wave MD hidden). Demo uses startPrintifyCheckout stub — do not POST live orders without a backend PAT. Direct path → VPG nonprofit Stripe later (not WingMX). Shipping formula for Direct shirts: $6 first + $2 each additional, or pickup $0.
